Uaenas and ARMYs, the collab you've been waiting for is finally here.

On May 6, 5 pm (Philippine Standard Time), Korean pop singer IU has released the music video of her latest single titled “Eight” featuring BTS' Suga.

The video features the pop star wearing an all-white outfit walking about in a futuristic laboratory. She then lays on the bed and is transported to the many memories as she listens to the song playing in the background.

In addition, BTS member Suga has provided the vocals in the second verse of the song and is also credited as its producer.

The latest single and collab signals IU's comeback following her 2019 EP “Love Poem” and 2017 full album “Palette.”

Meanwhile, in his last VLive broadcast, Suga revealed that he has been listening to his collaboration with IU a lot because he likes it.

He said, “The process of making it went really smoothly. I produced the beat, sent it, and the melody came very easily after.

“After making it, I listen to it often. I usually don't listen to my songs very often after I send them that's because there are so many things I want to make better.”

RM, who was a guest during the broadcast stated, “I listened to it. It's really good. This is a perfect song to play while driving.”

Fans are seen very much delighted to see two forces of the K-pop world unite in one single. Furthermore, Uaenas couldn't contain their joy as IU once again delivered a musical masterpiece as an ode to her fans.
